ISNWorks offers web design packages

In Uncategorized on December 2, 2010 at 4:09 pm

At ISN Works, we know how important it is to have up–to-date, top of the line, and readily available information for your prospects and customers at just a click of a button! See the details and additional information below:

On Google, the key phrase Motivational Speakers gets 2,433 searches per day. This is only one key phrase on one search engine. There are dozens of other keywords. The Web site with the number one position on this single key phrase will get about 29,196 visitors per month from Google. At a 1.5 percent conversion rate (an industry average) this will result in 438 new customers per month! So, I am sure you can see how important having a Web site is to your bottom line.

We will build your Web site with the pages below:

Home Page – This will introduce you to potential clients and include a short video.

About the Speaker – The real point of this page is to tell visitors all about the benefits of choosing you. The bottom of this page has a form with advanced, reCAPTCHA spam-preventing software. From this form, visitors may request more information about speaking engagements.

A Photo Album – This will show audiences reacting to your remarks. This is a stealth testimonial page because every picture has a caption and a roll-over window that contains audience quotes. An endorsement from a “real” person is the very best kind.

The Contact Page – This is the payoff page. Of course, we include our spam-defeating software as well. In fact, nowhere on this Web site can pirates obtain your e-mail address.

We absolutely guarantee that dollar-for-dollar; this is the best value you will find. This advanced site is designed to convert visitors to customers.

  • Advanced SEO (Search Engine Optimization) friendly Design

  • We GUARANTEE Google can crawl (be able to rank) every last page

  • You will only hear from customers, not spammers
  • Animated Photo Album
  • Designed by experts with decades of experience
  • From the experts in Speaker Marketing

Order now and we will give you three versions of your site for the same low price!

1)      The regular desktop version

2)      A mobile phone version for Apple & Google phones and Internet aware mp3 players

3)     iPad version

According to research by Tellabs: “Up to 71 percent of consumers in the United States and 41 percent in parts of Western Europe anticipate that they will use the mobile Internet and other mobile data services on a daily basis over the next two years, with a significant ramp-up in the next twelve months.” Phones will outrank computers for Internet usage in less than three years.

We would never create a site and force you to fit our mold. You can have anything you see below for an additional $100 per page:

Blog – With an advanced sleight-of-hand, we have a system in place to allow you to blog from anywhere and upload to Google’s wildly popular blogger.com service AND your Web site automatically! With this, you can update your Web site any time you want.

Shopping Cart – You can sell anything you want or even give away promotional items. Of course, this advanced software works seamlessly with your Merchant Account or PayPal’s easy to set up system.

Events Page Here is a cool page that will load Google maps and Street View technology, along with information about your next event.

Movie Album – If you have been paying attention, you have noticed an explosion of video on the Internet. There is a reason for this and it has nothing to do with Web designers being kind. The longer a person spends on a site the more likely the visitor is to make a positive buying decision. This is a direct correlation and you want to take advantage of it.

Text & Graphic Page – No, it’s not a sexy name, but it’s the most flexible page we have! Do you recommend resources such as books? How about giving visitors solid advice? Do you need a page to talk about your staff? This is a general purpose page and you have the podium.

Research Predicts a Demand for Leadership Coaches in 2011

According to a recent Wall Street Journal article, half of companies surveyed by Bersin & Associates LLC planned to increase their leadership development budgets in 2010. The WSJ article also indicated that a recent survey by Mercer, a consulting unit of Marsh & McLennan Companies, showed 88 percent of 400 human resources executives had recently revamped or planned to revamp their leadership training and development programs.

Coaching is no longer reserved just for problem leaders. More frequently, it is sought by top performers whose organizations value their leadership contribution. Intentional Engagement with Rita Young Allen

In marketing programs, presenters, Uncategorized on November 18, 2010 at 2:25 pm

Intentional Engagement… Rita has taken social interaction (including social media) and created a very unique twist on why Intentional Engagement is the over-arching remedy for a conflicting corporate culture, a negative organizational behavior, turnover and poor leadership. As a former executive in the corporate world, Rita understands the limitations leaders face. She helps leaders understand that discipline doesn’t have to be negative and that leadership can always be positive…even in negative situations!

Turnover is rampant in today’s business world; jobs are few and many businesses are looking for opportunities to consolidate responsibilities, retire big salaries and hire new replacements paying lower salaries…all in an effort to conserve money in this weakened economy.  Many are trying to put band aids on their businesses not realizing that the band aids are costing thousands of dollars each.  Employees are so hungry for positive feedback in today’s stress-filled workplace that many would prefer input from their leader over more money. Too little feedback is one of the top causes of turnover. American Express conducted a survey with the results being that 46% said the number one desire was personal feedback and the number two desire was financial rewards. In a world of faces and numbers, we NEED to feel that we truly matter.

Leadership has been a subject of great controversy for over a century. Some have spent their lives in search of the most productive method to lead the masses. We have run the gambit of the very tightest controls, such as timing bathroom breaks, to no control at all. Because leadership will affect another person’s life forever, either negatively or positively, it should never be taken lightly. Engagement, in today’s world is very different from engagement in the generation past.  Today it involves a very different kind of leadership, an understanding of positive organizational behavior and positive corporate culture, the education of “group think,” the embracing of social media and the engagement of social interaction.  Our world truly has changed and it is never going back to the way it was.  Wise business folks will see the vision and run so as to win!

Many professionals have the courage to step up, but not so many have the courage to step out with an unshakeable confidence.  They need to understand that stepping out is not just movement, its movement with pointed purpose.  Pointed purpose provides unrelenting confidence.   They need to “see” the full package.  Rita can infuse that understanding into them.

Social Media is the newest kid on the block, only this kid is bigger, and stronger, and smarter than all the other kids. BUT, this kid has the potential to be your best friend and most verbal promoter…just a little difficult to understand. This kid can also be your worst enemy if you ignore him. Life will never be the same because of this new kid and those who hesitate or refuse to create a relationship will suffer great loss. Understanding the “why” leads to understanding the concept. Many organizations still view social media as “playing on the web” rather than understanding that it is an unbelievably powerful tool for creating a collaborative infrastructure for their business. Motivational Keynotes and Seminars on Intentional Engagement in business, and in life, include Leadership, Organizational Behavior and Social Media. These keynotes and seminars are suitable for any organization, from the small business to the large corporations, associations and for the group with personal pursuits.

Marketing 101

In Uncategorized on November 17, 2010 at 9:24 pm

The American Marketing Association Board of Directors defines marketing: “Marketing is the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large.” (Approved October 2007)

Wikipedia defines marketing as “the process by which companies create customer interest in goods or services. It generates the strategy that underlies sales techniques, business communication, and business developments.”

The Chartered Institute of Marketing defines marketing as “the management process responsible for identifying, anticipating and satisfying customer requirements profitably.”

I suppose that all these definitions have merit, however, there is little said about the “process” in these definitions that gives credibility to anyone who would actually be planning to market their products and services.

After working exclusively with speakers, trainers, consultants, coaches, and educators for the past twenty years, my working definition of marketing is simple: “I tell you WHO I am, WHAT I do, and HOW it benefits you.”  This definition gives a specific process and enables the professional in the speaking/training industry to follow the same process every time.
